“Alexcis is who you want caring for your animals!!! Period. I moved to Augusta in 2017 and tried several rover sitters in the area. And they were so-so doing the bare minimum. And then we found Alexcis in 2018– AND WE HAVEN'T LOOKED BACK! She is our go-to sitter for our lab mix and German Shepherd. Her schedule has always been accommodating to our last minute travel plans. She responds typically within the hour when requesting services. We gets lots of pictures and updates throughout while we’re gone and immediate escalation if issues pop up (which is rare and usually the owners fault, not hers). One example: we forgot to leave the front door key for her and she creatively managed to get access through the back yard to prevent the dogs going without food/potty breaks for the weekend. Our dogs love the care/attention shown with going on the much needed walks for the high energy GSD. And that level of service goes above and beyond what we expected from any sitter, which is why we choose to pay for her services versus allowing neighbor/friends to briefly check in for free. I’m confident you will not regret your choice if you allow Alexcis to care for your animals.... she cares about her clients just as much as her own dog!!”

She was friendly and professional from the start, did a thorough meet and greet with our dog, and then sent her home with a treat bag. The meet and greet included a tour of the house that our dog stayed in, and an opportunity for her to get comfortable with Alexcis's own friendly, playful dogs. She will send you ample pics and videos of your dog having a great time, and keep you informed of your pet's well-being. She even sent our dog home with more treats, and smelling fresh and clean like she'd just been groomed-not surprising, since Alexcis also offers affordable, quality grooming services for customers' pets. Sangha stayed with Alexcis and Sky for a little bit more than 2 weeks during the holidays and although I was abroad thanks to the regular updates, cute pictures and lively video, it was like I was just closer and I knew my dog was happy.. Just looking at her face. The way Alexcis treat you (and your dog most likely) is like we are a big family sharing news of the ones we miss or care about. Very genuine, and also very professional . “OH. MY. GOD. I don't think I would even trust my own mother more with my pup as much as I trust Alexcis with him. She is simply fantastic. I rescued my pup after already making plans to go away for a long holiday break. Due to time constraints, I could not amend my travel plans to accommodate my new addition. I felt bad about it, but I rescued him from an uncertain fate, so that definitely made it worth it. After hearing about this site from a friend, i miraculously found Alexcis and felt it would be a great fit. We had our meet & greet and it went very well. She absolutely knows her stuff when it comes to caring for dogs. After the first day it became evident to her that my Zuko had some unanticipated social issues. She contacted me right away to fill me in, but also assuage my concerns. She did everything in her power to help Zuko adjust and went way out of her way to make sure he felt at home and comfortable. I was a nervous wreck for a few days, but her constant updates and compassionate nature calmed me down and made me feel at ease. she assured me that with her teachings he was improving but will still need time to become more social. so while he was could only play with a few other pups that he DID get along with, she spent plenty one on one time with him so that he still felt loved and cared for! i know my dog was one of the more “complicated” ones and a high caliber dog at that, but she handled the situation and him very beautifully. Impressed is not the word! “blown away” is more like it. I cannot recommend Alexcis enough and can only hope to bring her as much business as i can to pay her back for her kindness and help. She is hands down the best dog sitter on the planet and a beautiful person in general. Forget looking at other sitters, you have found your pup's new friend.”

“This was my first time boarding Albus with a pet sitter and his experience was great. Alexcis really makes the dogs she is watching her full-time job. My dog is very high-maintenance, and has to be watched constantly and Alexcis handled him very well while providing daily updates and pictures of Albus without me even asking which eased my anxiety about boarding him for the first time. Albus got lots of outdoor play time and came back home exhausted, which has never been done before lol and always a plus after travelling. Albus has takes trazadone often because is very high strung, but he dosen’t even need it at Alexcis’s because he gets so much outdoor time, walks and socialization time with playmates, amazing! I will definitely be boarding with Alexcis for now on and recommend her to others, especially first time boarders! beautifully done.”

“This was our second stay and longest stay with Alexcis and I cannot tell you how calming and reassuring she was. At this point, Alexcis is absolutely family. Charlie the rowdy pup took such a liking to Alexcis this time around she was able to pick him up and absolutely love on him.
